Processing & Delivery Times
All orders are usually processed within 1–24 hours. We aim to fulfill orders on the same day to get your gear to you ASAP.
Estimated delivery time when products are in stock is 1–4 business days, depending on your location and courier availability. If products are out of stock delivery time may increase to 15 working days.
Delays & Unforeseen Circumstances
While we aim to meet all delivery timeframes, delays may occur due to:
- High order volumes
- Courier service disruptions
- Weather events or strikes
- Remote delivery areas
Avilo is not responsible for delays caused by external factors beyond our control. If your order takes longer than expected, please allow additional time for delivery.
Lost or Missing Packages
Once your order is shipped, Avilo is not liable for lost or stolen packages. Please contact the courier directly for assistance with tracking or claims.
