7-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We stand behind our gear. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a full refund or exchange under the following conditions:

  • The return or exchange request must be submitted within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs.

Final Sale on Custom Gear

Please note that any insulated water bottles featuring custom name engraving are considered final sale. Because these items are personalized specifically for you, they are not eligible for the 7-day money-back guarantee, returns, or general exchanges.

6-Month Warranty on Defects

All Avilo products are covered by a 6-month warranty against manufacturing defects. If your item qualifies for a warranty claim, we will replace it for a R158 processing fee, which covers shipping and handling. 

To request a return, exchange, or warranty replacement, please contact us with your order number and specific details about your request.

  • Machine wash towels cold and tumble dry low—strictly avoid fabric softeners.

Wear & Tear

Avilo products are built tough, but natural wear and tear may occur over time. The warranty covers manufacturing defects only—it does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, or neglect.
